For an agreed daily fee, a dedicated recruiter will work exclusively on your account, managing every aspect of the recruitment process—from posting job adverts and shortlisting candidates to conducting interviews and completing right to work and DBS checks. This service ensures a smooth and efficient hiring process with no additional placement fees on top of the daily rate. Let us take the pressure off, so you can concentrate on running your business.

  • Job Description Writing: We create engaging job descriptions, if required, to attract the right talent.

  • Advert Creation: Professionally written job adverts to promote your vacancy effectively.

  • Advertising Roles: We manage the advertising of your roles (advertising fees apply).

  • CV Sifting and Sorting: We review and filter CVs to find the best matches for your requirements.

  • Shortlisting: You receive a refined shortlist of top candidates.

  • Interview Arrangement: We organise and coordinate all interview logistics.

  • First Stage Interviews: Conducted by us to assess candidate suitability before presenting them to you.

  • Candidate Feedback: Providing feedback to all candidates, including those not selected.

  • Offer Management: Handling the offer process to ensure a smooth transition.

  • Contract Writing: Preparing contracts for successful candidates, if required.

  • Reference Application: Requesting and checking references to verify the candidate’s experience and suitability.

  • DBS & Right to Work Checks: Conducting Disclosure and Barring Service* checks and verifying the candidate’s legal right to work in the UK (*additional fees apply).

  • Onboarding Support: Assisting with the onboarding process to ensure a successful start for your new hire.
     

* Minimum contract: 5 days per month for one month. No additional placement fees on top of the daily rate.
